Use of the rail

Payments

Stripe processes Instant and deposit checkout
Instant fees are generally non-refundable once fulfillment starts (receipt minted or credits posted)
Monitor subscriptions cancel in Stripe; the evidence window does not extend past the paid period unless renewed

Support SLA

Liveness: GET /healthz is the production probe. /health is status, not the liveness contract.
Paid Instant: kickoff at /instant/welcome when the webhook lands — same calendar day, no later than one business day.

Enterprise: availability and indemnity live in the executed DPA / SOW only.
